Body art

A couple of weeks ago, Daddy and I spent some time together and I wanted to have a little body art on our toes, and on my face and neck. I think Daddy did a GREAT job with his designs, don't you?

Fourth of July

This is really late, but here are some pictures from the park where we went on Independence Day. We rode our bikes, and then discovered that the playground was closed because of some bees. I was pretty silly that day.
I took a picture of Daddy and Mama who were not looking as silly as me.
Then we rode home. Sorry this is so short, but at least Mama and I are trying to catch things up again.

Adios, Addy

My cousin Addy, with Aunt Becky and Uncle Austin, are going to Japan for four years or so. Mama and I went down to visit Addy and Aunt Becky this weekend. Here's some pictures:
Happy Bat-Addy
Floor swimmer Addy
Guess who's mobile?
I think she might be looking up to me? Maybe she's just staring at my silliness.
Mama caught me with a smile on my face
A first for Addy--eating off a spoon willingly!

How many pictures?

How many pictures do you have to take of three kids before you get one where they all look OK?

Mama gave up after these (partially because Connor needed to leave.) But here I am with Connor and my cousin Addy!

Four!

A month ago I turned four! I celebrated in Montana with Antema, Bapa and Daddy. Then I had my party the following weekend at a park here in Fort Collins. Three friends came to help me celebrate--Henry, Lorelai, and her brother Thomas.
Daddy put pinwheels in his hat!
We played on the playground for a while.
I opened my presents.
Thomas, Henry, Lorelai, and me.
Then we went out to smack dandelions with our pinwheels
Hey, wait for me!
I had a great day!

A long time ago, I visited Oma

A few weeks ago, I spent some time at Oma and Ompa's house in Colorado Springs. (March--spring break) We met at one of Mama's favorite restaurants for lunch.
I rode my bike around the parking lot (the picture did not take) while Mama and Ompa loaded my stuff from the blue car into the little black car.
Oma let me take some pictures! This is Princess.
We played basketball in the hoop and through the trees
I like to ride my scooter down the front porch ramp
We also made Oma's "world famous" chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious! I practiced running down the hallway and jumping onto the loveseat in the living room, but those pictures did not come out either.

Dinosaur egg

Oma got me a dinosaur egg for Easter, and I had a couple of friends over. They were our next door neighbors, Lorelai and Thomas, but they were moving away. Mama made macaroni and cheese with hot dog bits in it, and then I shared my egg for dessert! This was a large hollow egg, already split in two, with tiny chocolate dinosaurs inside. Mama made sure that I shared. Unfortunately the heads and tails were broken off on most (all?) of the baby ones. But they tasted good anyway. We then shared some of the shell and left the rest for later. Mama was too worried about keeping tabs on us and feeding everyone (she fed the parents, too--which she said she preferred to helping clean) that she forgot to take pictures.
