Playgrounds and horses
Mama and I had an appointment on Friday, and as a reward for relatively good behavior, she took me to the playground. We tried a different one this time, near the farm where Olive lives. It wasn't too cold, or too late and the day was nice for being active outside.
I like playgrounds!
One of the unexpected hazards of being an only child is that there isn't someone on the other side of the see saw.
Hanging boy!
Shortly before we left, I picked a horsie to sit on. Sadly, this one did not move and didn't hold my attention for long.
On our way to the car, we heard hoofbeats. Soon two riders cantered into view.
Then they were gone.
Mama let out a big sigh. I asked her why people rode horses like that. She replied that it was more fun that I could imagine at this point in my life. She didn't try to explain how much she wanted to *be* riding on a fine fall day, but she thought it.

Worksheets
Children's Workshop has been sending home some worksheets for us to do at home. I like the first two things on any page, get silly on the third and am completely bored by the fourth. Mama is thinking that this is a bad precursor for high school.
While I was doing my coloring, I was concentrating hard enough that I stuck my tongue out. Just like Mama does when she's concentrating hard.
Posing face!
One of them had a page to draw or cut out pictures. I decided what I wanted drawn and Mama drew them for me. I haven't gotten them colored, but they look pretty cool. (Mama in--Except the doctor.) Mama says she can't draw people very well.
Raspberries for everyone!

The Halloween Costume 2012
I had gotten very excited when my parents asked if I would like to be "Sir Topham Hatt" (aka the Fat Controller) from the Thomas the Tank Engine series of books, because he is my favorite character. So off we went in search of clothes from second hand stores, and the costume was planned and purchased with a week to spare.
Daddy started helping me into the costume at Children's Workshop. He is wearing a funny hat!
This is the only picture Mama got of me with the costume on. I have the hat, coat, waistcoat and a pillow to give me some "girth." As you can see, I decided to not be happy with the costume when they put it on me.
I pitched such a fit that they allowed me to put on the "construction worker" outfit from the dress up area. Here I am with my friend, Aidan.
What about Halloween itself? Once again I turned into a complete and total drama llama and refused to wear it. So Connor took me trick or treating in a sweatshirt that has frog eyes on top of the hood.
